Asus have been in the game of producing excellent ‘value for money’ miniature PC’s for some time now. You might even know the “Eee Pc” - I used to own one, but infortunately upgraded to the mighty Apple Mac - for music production/djing purposes only! Or alternatively, do I mean for style purposes?

When it comes to music production and indeed DJing - you really need a computer that is fit for purpose and I wouldnt lie, when I said, that for a long time, Macintosh have created the ultimate, fit for purpose machine for all things sound related. 

Going back to Asus

Asus have just released their Sonic Master laptop; a new laptop with excellent sound quality. They’ve also set up a new site, with a purpose to showcase just this.

Essentially, the new site from Asus: showcases the sound quality of the Sonic Master, allows the user to upload an image of themselves and send a lovely greetings e-card to anyone they choose. Its overtly simple to use, thanks for some nifty JavaScript. Then you can send the e card (which also allows you to coin your own message) to any of your Facebook or Twitter friends. Its pretty fun.

My attempt is below - Its a shame I dont have a microphone with me as I would have liked to have tested the e-card’s ability to send decent audio - from the other “boxes” I have browsed, I can happily say that they are all top notch, credit to the Asus Sonic Master sound capabilities!
